Quartz,
who have been singing together for at least twenty years, are now regarded
as the premier a capella group in the north-west of England. Comprising two family duos (totally unrelated in spite of rumours that Steve is Pete’s father) Sandra and Steve and Judith and Pete sing purely for enjoyment for themselves and for their audiences. Their harmonies are powerful yet simple and the greatest pleasure the group have is to have everyone singing with them, whether it be in a club room, a crowded bar, a large hall, a marquee, a tepee or a railway carriage. And they have done them all! Quartz are delighted to have been invited back to Bedworth and promise to be in fine voice, SARS permitting, for the Voices concert and whatever other events Malc drops them into. Do come and help them raise the roof. |
